Last Updated: May 23, 2026

Overview

EMTDrill ("the App") is an EMT certification exam study tool developed by YoDaddyDesigns LLC. We are committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains what data is collected, how it is used, and your rights.

In short: We do not collect any personal information. All your study progress stays on your device. No accounts, no tracking, no ads, no servers.

Data Stored Locally on Your Device

This data is stored on your device only. It is not transmitted to our servers (we have none) or to any third party.

Notifications (Optional)

If you enable notifications, the App schedules local notifications on your device for study reminders and streak alerts. No notification data is sent to external servers. You can disable notifications at any time in iOS Settings or in the App's Appearance settings.

Data We Do NOT Collect

Third-Party Services

EMTDrill does not use any third-party services. The App is fully self-contained.

In-App Purchases

The App offers optional In-App Purchases (Monthly subscription, Annual subscription, and a Lifetime non-consumable) processed entirely by Apple. We do not receive your name, email, payment method, billing address, or any other personally identifiable information from these transactions. Apple provides us with anonymized, aggregated sales data only. To review Apple's handling of your purchase data, see Apple's App Store privacy policy.

Data Retention and Deletion

All data is stored on your device. You can clear all study progress at any time from the App's settings. Uninstalling the App removes all local data.

Children's Privacy

The App is rated 12+ due to frequent medical and treatment information related to emergency medical care. It is not directed at children under 13 and does not knowingly collect any personal information from children.

Medical Disclaimer

EMTDrill is for educational and exam preparation purposes only. It is not a substitute for formal EMT training, certified medical advice, or real-world clinical judgment. Always defer to your training, your medical director, and current local protocols when providing patient care.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this privacy policy from time to time. Changes will be reflected in the "Last Updated" date above. Material changes will be communicated through an App update.
