Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using EMTDrill ("the App"), operated by YoDaddyDesigns LLC ("we," "us," or "our").

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

EMTDrill is an educational study tool designed to help users prepare for EMT certification examinations. The App provides practice questions, flashcards, mock exams, drug references, mnemonics, protocols, scenarios, and study tracking features. EMTDrill is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by the National Registry of Emergency Medical Technicians (NREMT) or any certifying body.

3. Educational and Medical Disclaimer

The content provided in this App is for educational and exam preparation purposes only. It is not intended to serve as medical advice, clinical guidance, or a substitute for formal EMT training. We do not guarantee that using this App will result in passing any certification exam.

Drug information, dosages, protocols, and clinical guidelines included in the App are presented for study purposes and may not reflect the most current standards in your jurisdiction. Always defer to your training, your medical director, and current local protocols when providing patient care.

4. User Accounts and Data

The App does not require account creation. Your study data (quiz results, progress, bookmarks, and achievements) is stored locally on your device. We do not have access to your data, and the App does not transmit data to our servers.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your device.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Reproduce, redistribute, or resell the App's content (including questions, flashcards, drug references, and study materials)
• Use the App's content to create competing products or services
• Attempt to circumvent any security or access controls
• Use the App in any manner that violates applicable laws or regulations

6. Intellectual Property

All content in the App, including but not limited to questions, explanations, flashcard content, drug references, protocols, scenarios, graphics, design, and code, is the property of YoDaddyDesigns LLC and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial study purposes.

7. Updates and Changes

We may update the App from time to time to add features, fix bugs, or update content. We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, YODADDYDESIGNS LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO EXAM RESULTS, CAREER OUTCOMES, PATIENT CARE OUTCOMES, OR RELIANCE ON THE APP'S CONTENT.

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to the App at any time, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or third parties.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.

11. In-App Purchases and Subscriptions

EMTDrill is free to download and use, subject to a daily question limit and a one-time free practice-exam attempt. To remove these limits and unlock additional study features, you may purchase one of the following In-App Purchase options through your Apple ID:

• EMTDrill Premium — Monthly ($3.99 USD per month, auto-renewable)
• EMTDrill Premium — Annual ($19.99 USD per year, auto-renewable, with a 7-day free trial for new subscribers)
• EMTDrill Premium — Lifetime ($39.99 USD, one-time non-consumable purchase)

Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase. Monthly and Annual subscriptions automatically renew at the price stated above unless auto-renewal is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage subscriptions and turn off auto-renewal at any time in Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions on your iOS device. Any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited when you purchase a subscription during that trial.

The Lifetime purchase is a non-consumable purchase that grants permanent access on your Apple ID and is restorable via the "Restore Purchases" option in the App. All transactions are processed by Apple; we do not have access to your payment information. Refund requests are handled by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.
