Overview

PharmTech Ready ("the App") is a pharmacy technician exam study tool developed by YoDaddyDesigns LLC. We are committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains what data is collected, how it is used, and your rights.

Data Stored Locally on Your Device

• Quiz results and scores
• Flashcard review history and spaced repetition scheduling
• Bookmarked and missed questions
• Study streaks and achievement progress
• Study plan and exam date
• App preferences (font size, notification settings)

Data Synced via iCloud (Optional)

If you are signed in to iCloud, the above study data syncs across your devices using Apple's CloudKit service. This data is stored in your private iCloud container and is not accessible to us or any third party.

Notifications (Optional)

If you enable notifications, the App schedules local notifications on your device for study reminders and streak alerts. No notification data is sent to external servers.

Data We Do NOT Collect

• No personal information: We do not collect your name, email, phone number, or any personally identifiable information.
• No analytics or tracking: We do not use any third-party analytics, crash reporting, or advertising SDKs.
• No server communication: The App does not communicate with any servers other than Apple's iCloud service for data sync.
• No usage tracking: We do not track how you use the App, which questions you answer, or your study patterns outside of your device.

Third-Party Services

• Apple iCloud/CloudKit: Used solely for syncing your study data across your own devices. Subject to Apple's privacy policy.
• No other third-party services are used.

Data Retention

All data is stored on your device and in your personal iCloud account. You can delete all data at any time using the "Reset All Progress" option in Settings. Uninstalling the App removes all local data.

Children's Privacy

The App does not knowingly collect any personal information from children. The App contains only educational content related to pharmacy technician certification preparation.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this privacy policy from time to time. Changes will be reflected in the "Last updated" date above.
