Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using PharmTech Ready ("the App"), operated by YoDaddyDesigns LLC ("we," "us," or "our").

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

PharmTech Ready is an educational study tool designed to help users prepare for the Pharmacy Technician Certification Exam (PTCE). The App provides practice questions, flashcards, mock exams, and study tracking features.

3. Educational Disclaimer

The content provided in this App is for educational and exam preparation purposes only. It is not intended to serve as medical advice, pharmaceutical guidance, or a substitute for professional training. We do not guarantee that using this App will result in passing the PTCE or any other certification exam.

Drug information, dosages, regulations, and guidelines included in the App are presented for study purposes and may not reflect the most current clinical standards. Always consult official sources and qualified professionals for clinical and regulatory decisions.

4. User Accounts and Data

The App does not require account creation. Your study data (quiz results, progress, bookmarks, and achievements) is stored locally on your device and optionally synced via your personal iCloud account. We do not have access to your data.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your device and iCloud account.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Reproduce, redistribute, or resell the App's content (including questions and flashcards)
• Use the App's content to create competing products or services
• Attempt to circumvent any security or access controls
• Use the App in any manner that violates applicable laws or regulations

6. Intellectual Property

All content in the App, including but not limited to questions, explanations, flashcard content, graphics, design, and code, is the property of YoDaddyDesigns LLC and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial study purposes.

7. iCloud Sync

The App uses Apple's iCloud service to sync your study data across devices. This feature is subject to Apple's iCloud Terms of Service and requires an active iCloud account. We are not responsible for iCloud availability, data loss due to iCloud issues, or Apple's handling of your iCloud data.

8. Updates and Changes

We may update the App from time to time to add features, fix bugs, or update content. We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, YODADDYDESIGNS LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO EXAM RESULTS, CAREER OUTCOMES, OR RELIANCE ON THE APP'S CONTENT.

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to the App at any time, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or third parties.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
