This End User License Agreement ("EULA") is a legal agreement between you and YoDaddyDesigns LLC ("Licensor") for the use of AlertBase ("Application"), a mobile application available through the Apple App Store.
By downloading, installing, or using AlertBase, you agree to be bound by the terms of this EULA. If you do not agree, do not download, install, or use the Application.
The Licensor grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Application on any Apple-branded device that you own or control, subject to the Usage Rules set forth in the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions.

The Application, including its design, code, branding, and original content, is and remains the intellectual property of YoDaddyDesigns LLC. SEC EDGAR data displayed within the Application is in the public domain. This EULA does not grant you any ownership rights in the Application.
The Application provides informational and educational content only. Nothing in the Application constitutes investment advice, a recommendation to buy or sell securities, or a guarantee of future performance. See our Terms of Service for the full investment disclaimer.
ALL INVESTMENT INVOLVES RISK, INCLUDING THE POSSIBLE LOSS OF PRINCIPAL. YOU MAKE INVESTMENT DECISIONS ENTIRELY AT YOUR OWN RISK.AlertBase offers optional Pro subscriptions billed through Apple's App Store. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Payment is charged to your Apple ID account. Refunds are subject to Apple's refund policy.
The Application is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
The Licensor does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any data displayed in the Application.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Licensor shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Application, including investment losses or financial damages.
IN NO EVENT SHALL THE LICENSOR BE LIABLE FOR ANY INVESTMENT LOSSES YOU MAY INCUR.The Application may access third-party services including Apple iCloud, SEC EDGAR, and Supabase. Your use of these services is governed by their respective terms and privacy policies. The Licensor is not responsible for third-party service availability or content.
Your use of the Application is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your information.
This EULA is effective until terminated. Your rights under this EULA will terminate automatically if you fail to comply with any of its terms. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Application and delete all copies.
This EULA shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising from this EULA shall be resolved through binding arbitration.
This EULA is between you and YoDaddyDesigns LLC only, not with Apple. Apple has no obligation to furnish maintenance or support services for the Application. Apple is not responsible for any product warranties or claims. Apple is a third-party beneficiary of this EULA and may enforce it against you.
