Will my study progress sync between iPhone and iPad?

Yes, as long as both devices are signed in to the same iCloud account and have iCloud Drive enabled for PharmTech Ready (Settings → Apple ID → iCloud → Apps Using iCloud Drive). Quiz history, flashcard review state, streaks, and bookmarks all sync.

How does spaced repetition work in the flashcards?

Flashcards use the FSRS scheduler — every card has a stability and difficulty value that update each time you rate it Again, Hard, Good, or Easy. The next review is scheduled when your predicted recall drops to about 90%. Cards you keep getting right are pushed further out; cards you forget are surfaced sooner.

I need to change my exam date — how do I update it?

Open the Study Plan tab, tap the date at the top of the screen, and pick a new one. Your daily plan recalculates automatically based on what's left between now and test day.

How do I manage or cancel a subscription?

Subscriptions are managed through Apple. On your device go to Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions to change or cancel your plan. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.

How do I request a refund?

Refunds are handled by Apple. Visit reportaproblem.apple.com, sign in with your Apple ID, and select the PharmTech Ready purchase to request a refund.

Does the app work without internet?

Yes — fully offline. Questions, flashcards, study plan, and analytics all live on your device. The only network use is iCloud sync, which queues and runs whenever a connection is available.

How do I report a wrong answer or a bad question?

Inside the app, after answering a question, tap the explanation header and choose Report this question. Or email us at kevin@yodaddydesigns.org with the question text — we review every report.

Troubleshooting

I subscribed but premium features aren't unlocked

Open Settings inside the app and tap Restore Purchases. Make sure the device is signed in to the same Apple ID you used to subscribe. Restores are free and don't trigger another charge. If the issue persists, email us.

I'm not getting daily study reminders

Check three things: (1) iOS Settings → Notifications → PharmTech Ready is on; (2) inside the app, Settings → Daily Reminder is enabled and set to a time; (3) iOS Focus modes (Do Not Disturb, Sleep) aren't filtering the notification at the time you've chosen.

My progress isn't syncing across devices

Confirm both devices are signed in to the same iCloud account and have iCloud Drive enabled for PharmTech Ready. Sync runs in the background when a connection is available — open the app on both devices and wait a moment. If data still doesn't appear, restart the app.
